Miles of trails and walkways branch out from the lake and park in all directions, following three pristine streams.  These trails are designed to accommodate the comfortable stroll or the invigorating hike.  Three miles of sidewalks along tree-lined streets will connect the trails and neighborhoods. 

The Long Meadow is a 15 acre green belt located at the community's front door and is an ideal location for Brevard/Transylvania community events or an afternoon with family and friends.

The Lakehouse serves as the heart of the village. This community center hosts neighborhood gatherings, musical events and social activities. In addition, a complete calendar of activities and programs for all ages and interest ranges is designed to operate out of the Lakehouse. These activities are the perfect way to explore new interests and meet new friends.
